LOOK BEYOND ONE CAUSE
The attic may be one part of the problem.
HVAC balance, ductwork, windows, solar exposure, roofing, plumbing, indoor humidity and other building conditions can produce similar symptoms. The attic assessment should explain what is visible without treating it as a complete diagnosis of every system in the home.
